Chair exercise keeps the mind active, the body moving, improves posture and helps flexibility and strength. Supported workouts can help you stay safe and feel confident.


Sarah incorporates pilates based exercises as part of her classes. They are suitable for all abilities and can also be undertaken standing up while holding onto something sturdy.

Sarah is a fitness instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience.


She teaches a variety of exercise classes in the district and has been teaching people with Parkinson’s for 12 years.

“An excellent all rounder with a very good workout. I find that this class by the end, tells me which areas of myself I need to work on to defer the Parkinson’s progression.”
