Newbury & District Branch

About us

Run by volunteers, the Newbury & District Branch of Parkinson’s UK brings together people with Parkinson’s, their carers and families. With over 200 members our aim is to help improve the well-being of everyone in our area affected by the condition.

We know that exercise can slow the progression of Parkinson's so we provide a range of physical activities from yoga to walking football as well as access to power-assisted fitness machines. Additional therapies include speech, voice and singing.

Our members also  enjoy a range of social activities and get togethers where they can find information, make new friends and just have fun... You are not alone!

Newbury & District Branch

Find out more about the support the Newbury & District branch offers newly diagnosed people and their families and friends through this short video produced by Newbury College student, Max Taucher.
