Exercise

Exercise is an important part of healthy living for everyone.  For people with Parkinson's exercise is a vital component to maintaining balance, mobility and activities required for daily living. Exercise and physical activity can improve many Parkinson's symptoms.

All our activities are heavily subsidised and cost just £2 per session for our members.

Social Activities

Our members also enjoy regular opportunities to meet up. It's a good way to gather information, share experiences, discover friendship and support and just have fun....

Venue

Our regular meetings take place at Falkland Cricket Club's community facility in Enborne Street, Newbury RG14 6TW.

Newly built, the meeting room is on the first floor with a lift for ease of access.  Also on site is the Bowlers Arms, a bar and restaurant.

We also hold monthly lunches at The Toby Carvery, 110 London Road, Newbury RG14 2AJ.
